This entailed contractor work to prepare for sale, staging, and repair. Preparing a house for sale involves a tremendous amount of work. Laurie will take care of all of that and you can concentrate on the new house. Her effort led to the house selling the first day for over asking price. Hiring Laurie and her company is the absolute way to go. It takes the overwhelming nature out of selling an existing house.

She staged the home for pictures and to host open houses and it looked great. One of the items she had done was to create a floor plan of the home in order to show how it is laid out for prospective buyers to see online, I really liked that. Her team held multiple open houses and we had an offer I believe within a week, unfortunately that fell through, but the home was marketed again and sold within a few days. She was there for the whole process, including coming with me to the title company. She communicated to me with updates regularly as well. I highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.
